Description:
Option --tc-heuristic-recover documented as "unsed": " The type of decision to use in the heuristic recovery process. This option is unused." However it is used if there are two or more transactional storage engines which support XA installed. 

How to repeat:
Open http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/server-options.html#option_mysqld_tc-heuristic-reco..., then check test case for bug #70860

Suggested fix:
Update documentation.
