Description:
SimpleMembershipProvider.GeneratePasswordResetToken always return null
at MySqlWebSecurity

How to repeat:
user MysqlWebSecurity's fucntion : GeneratePasswordResetToken 

Suggested fix:
at SimpleMembershipProvider.cs
at fucntion "GeneratePasswordResetToken"

after get token from 'webpages_membership' 
should change 'token != null' to 'token == null'
