Description:
Workbench crashes in trying to setup an SSH connection in the Manage Connections dialog.

How to repeat:
1) Open Workbench
2) Choose Database->Manage Connections
3) Change "Connection Method" dropdown to "Standard TCP/IP..."
At this point, workbench crashes, and closes the program

But if I go to the dashboard and click on the plus sign next to MySQL Connections, changing that dropdown won't crash. Same as true to if I go to the Database menu and choose Connect to Database.

Suggested fix:
Change the code that is used in Manage Connections to use the same code executed when changing the dropdown.
