Description:
Fedora 23 has been released few days ago. However, .RPM packages built for F22 does not compatible with libzip.so.2 lib of Fedora 23. It's different version.

[root@keys0 Downloads]# rpm -ivh mysql-workbench-community-6.3.5-1.fc22.x86_64.rpm
warning: mysql-workbench-community-6.3.5-1.fc22.x86_64.rpm: Header V3 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 5072e1f5: NOKEY
error: Failed dependencies:
	libzip.so.2()(64bit) is needed by mysql-workbench-community-6.3.5-1.fc22.x86_64

How to repeat:
Download MySQL Workbench from Download section of this page. http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/

Choose Fedora, and version 22.
Try to setup, you see installation is failed by libzip.so.2 library.

Suggested fix:
Readapt libzip.so.2 version to latest version of F23: 1.0.1
F22 does have 0.11.2

The problem is that this bug is marked as duplicated of http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=79101, but that bug is marked as duplicated too!

So. What's correct? Any workaround?
