Suggested fix:
It is very important that time zone data can be updated.  This pages should be continuously updated with data from the IANA time zone database:
http://www.iana.org/time-zones t's important that a MySQL maintainer is subscribed to the IANA time zone announcements list to receive notification of new releases.

Closing as Timezone packages have been updated to reflect latest version (2015f). Process has been put in place to update packages post new version release.
