Description:
This is a popular wait event. Google search found almost nothing for it even in the MySQL docs. I found this -- http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17952_01/mysql-5.6-relnotes-en/news-5-6-2.html and in the mysql docs there is a brief overview of wait/io/table

How to repeat:
Do a google search for "wait/io/table/sql/handler"

Suggested fix:
Update the docs
