Description:
I followed the instructions from http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/perror.html
on using perror but I always get "Illeagal error code:"

On a Windows command line from MySQL's 4.1.8 bin dir I type perror.exe 1000
I also tried perror 13 which according to the documentation should give "Error code  13: 
Permission denied"

Either the documentation is wrong or perror is broke

How to repeat:

Tested perror on Unix BK source tree and worked adequately.
It is Windows specify issue.
