If you work with more than one MySQL Server installation, you have to start MySQL in a special mode. In the Connection Dialog hold the [Ctrl] key. Then [Cancel] button changes to [Skip]. By pressing [Skip] you will now enter the skip mode, which allows you to configure each of your instances correctly. This will be addressed as soon as we get the MySQL Instance manager which will take care of modifing the correct settings when you are connected to a server.
