Description:
Maybe -c documentation on this page is wrong, because is not a synonym of -f, but it's the parameter to get configuration from another ndb_mgmd node.

In addition this is documented as a commmon parameter:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-cluster-program-options-common.html#option_n...

See also:
http://geert.vanderkelen.org/how-to-start-mysql-cluster-7-0-with-2-management-nodes/

How to repeat:
See documentation at:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-cluster-programs-ndb-mgmd.html

 --config-file=file,

-f,

-c
Specify the cluster configuration file; in NDB-6.4.0 and later, needs --reload or --initial to override configuration cache if present

All MySQL 5.6 based releases

Suggested fix:
remove -c, or document it completely like is done in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-cluster-program-options-common.html#option_n...
