Description:
Under SQL Development, open a script file in the editor, the dump file.n When execute the SQL script, it shown the message as 'Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. Could not allocate 13427728 bytes to read file "c:/Dump20131210.sql

How to repeat:
It will repeat whenever i tried to execute that dump file )10.6 MB.
