Description:
Connecting to a server with PAM enabled over SSH and enabling the Cleartext Authentication Plugin crashed WB.

Testing the connection works, 'Start Command Line Client' also works but 'Opening Connection' fails and crashes WB.

This bug is similar and might be related to bug http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=70142 although the symptoms aren't exactly the same.

This was tested with Percona mysql-server 5.5.33 with pam_auth_compat enabled.
I was able to reproduce the same behavior (program crash) on OS X and Linux (ubuntu).

How to repeat:
1. Create a new connection with method 'Standard TCP/IP over SSH' and fill in the options
2. Go to the advanced tab and enable Cleartext Authentication Plugin
3. Test the connection to make sure it works and close
4. Open the connection and experience a crash

forgot to mention the crash in the synopsis. Marked as serious since the app crashes please change to S3 if that's the case.
