Description:
There should be a way to hide the "Modeling Additions" window on the right. It is currently occuping a large screen estate and it may not be useful to add users.

How to repeat:
Create a model diagram and look to the right

Suggested fix:
There should be an option to hide the "Modeling Additions" window

I was going to say this feature is not useful to *all" users.

Thank you for the bug report.

The rightmost toolbar button will toggle that sidebar.

Thanks Alfred. I see that icon on the upper right corner now. I'd suggest to add something like "Hide" in the contextual menu when user right-clicks on the "Modeling Additions" window, or move the hide icon to the "Modeling Additions" window itself.

And it would be great if the "Modeling Additions" window remains to be hidden after MySQL Workbench is restarted. Right now the setting doesn't seem to persist.

There sould be an option to hide it by default

Yes! This setting definitely SHOULD persist. It gets to be a real chore to have to turn this off for every view every time I restart WB. Hwo about an option to TURN IT OFF by DEFAULT???
