Description:
The manual for the C++ connector says to look in the examples/ directory for example code. There is no example directory!

This was brought up here: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=58127
But was not fixed, and was not even clearly explained how to work around it.

Suggested fix:
Actually put an examples directory in the download!

Or maybe just put the examples IN the manual, instead of telling users to look in a nonexistant directory!
