Hello,

Now and than I am using the workbench. A few days back I was wondering where for the hell my computer was busy with.

Yes, the workbench. That window some where on my screen was, consuming over 10% of the resources of my fast computer, when ... just displaying a window.

Should be better IMHO

Can you try the latest version of MySQL Workbench? What exactly did you do in the application when you saw the load? What are the specs of your machine? What is the general load at that time? Do you see the load constantly or just peaks? Do you see the load after a fresh start or after you worked a while in WB?

Impossible to do anything here with that bit of information. Closing this issue for now. If can come up with more details (and after having tested with the latest release) please open a new bug report.
