Description:
The 5.5.28 MySQL installer doesn't work properlly. I've tryed over and over without sucsess. The manual either doesn't have any instruction to this type of problem. I suggest a revision on the manual to include a way to solve this.

How to repeat:
I've tryed all the versions and all of them are unable to install.

When I tryed to start the MySQL service manually, I received the following message: "Error 1068 It's not possible to start the service". Looking for this error in the manual I found "• Error: 1068 SQLSTATE: 42000 (ER_MULTIPLE_PRI_KEY [3747])
Message: Multiple primary key defined"

I did as suggested on Bug#67880

change the 'default-character-set=utf8' and start the server manually but still doesn't work
