Description:
Everytime I try to synchronize the workbench model with mysql, it drops all foreign keys and re-adds them. It also occassionally drops columns, and re-adds them, which erases data. This only started happening when I updated to 5.2.44.

How to repeat:
Create two tables, one with a primary key and the other with a corresponding foreign key, syncronize the model.

It appears that data is occasionally erased (from the delete and add of columns), and that scares me..

I have the same version (5.2.44) installed on my laptop and this bug does not occur. I tried reinstalling on my desktop, but the error did not go away. I had upgraded the version on my laptop. The version on my desktop was a fresh install on a new copy of windows.
