Description:
The file MySQLInstanceConfig.exe does not exist in /server/bin folder after upgrading from 5.5.5 to 5.5.6.

Actually I thought I would simply recover from http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=66305 by running the configuration wizard.  But it is not there.

Suggested fix:
fix packaging.

Please, provide the exact URL you had used to download binaries. I wonder is it .zip or .msi installer.

Starting with server version 5.6, the instance config wizard is not going to be included anymore with server packages. The MySQL Installer instead is taking over that functionality and will be covering installation and configuration of MySQL server instances on windows the future.

Changing to a documentation bug.  Docs including release notes has no record of this important change for Windows users.
