Description:
After submitting Bug #65334 using the Workbench Bug Report form, and closing the "bug successfully submitted" dialog, the Bug Report form remained open and could not be closed either by using the Close window button or the Cancel form button. Had to 'End Task'.

How to repeat:
- Exception thrown from SQL Editor (see Bug #65334)
- Submit bug using Bug Report
- Try to close Bug Report form

Bug Report form did close properly after submitting this bug.

However, on clicking "Go to Bug Report" in the dialog, web browser was directed to  http://bugs.mysql.com/ug

Is this a separate issue?
