Hi,

Installer forever not found the J connector downloading.

How to repeat:
just run the windows installer with the version 5.5 or 5.1, never can download and install J connector.

What exact version of MySQL Installer, 5.5.xx, do you use?

i am using
virtual machine 2007
windows xp sp3
httpd-2.2.22-win32-x86-no_ssl (apache)
php-5.3.13-Win32-VC9-x86 (php)
mysql-installer-5.5.24.0 (the installer)
cannot download the J connector within the installer.

Please, check with a newer version of Installer, mysql-installer-5.5.24.1. I've just installed Connector/J with it on my 32-bit Windows XP SP3 without any problem.
