Open SQL Editor > File Menu - > Open SQL Script -> Select the 100MB .sql data backup file. The UI goes not responding. Loads the file after few minutes and is reponsive now Then GO and Run the Scripts using Execute Icon on the taskbar ribbon on top. It gives this error and crashes.

Hello Amit. Can you please include the MySQL Server Version and let us know if it is in a local or remote location? In the case that the server is in a remote server, please indicate the OS. Thanks.
