Fixed :

ALTER TABLE `mysql`.`proc` CHANGE COLUMN `comment` `comment` TEXT;

So, it was a server problem actually (as a result of improper upgrade I assume). Please, confirm.

I've applied no upgrades.

I fixed this by following the error in the server log.
