1.1.1 has been released

Description: Please release MySQL Connector/C++ version 1.1.1: in fact it was already released as part of MySQL Workbench. Lack of up-to-date standalone release causing confusion in modular GNU+Linux distributions like Debian where private (bundled) libraries are highly discouraged by policy. (Current version of Connector/C++ 1.1.0 is incompatible with current version of MySQL workbench.) Also current situation is leading to complications of bug reporting in case a particular bug is related to newer (bundled) version of Connector/C++. See some additional details in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=662156 Thank you. How to repeat: 1. Replace bundled Connector/C++ in mysql-workbench source tree with most recent release of Connector/C++ version 1.1.0; 2. Observe FTBFS on build. Suggested fix: Release MySQL Connector/C++ version 1.1.1 as standalone release.
