Description:
Go here http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/#downloads and select 'Microsoft Windows' in the dropdown.

The file "mysql-5.5.22.zip" is described as "Windows (x86, 32-bit), ZIP Archive".
It is a source archive.

How to repeat:
see above

Suggested fix:
1) Either "32 bit" does not make sense and should be removed or there should be a "64 bit" source archive as well (if some code details (such as #includes) differ for 32 bit and 64 bit - but I don't think so).

2) The page does not tell that this particular file is a source archive as opposite to the others that are binary downloads (with or without .msi installers). And why is it not listed if you select "source code" in the dropdown? That is where it belongs I believe.
