Description:
After install workbench, it started OK (launched by the install process). After that, I cannot launch. I keep getting this error. 
MySQL workbench has encountered a problem, Access to the Path
'C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35' is denied.

How to repeat:
Select "All Programs/MySQL/MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE"

Why is the severity S3 (non-critical)?  Not being able to launch the Workbench seems to be about as critical as you can get.

P.S. On Windows 7, the full path is "Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied."
