Description:
Every time I use MySQL Installer to Add/Modify Products and Features, the "Connector/NET 6.3.7" component is updated.

How to repeat:
1. Install MySQL Installer.
2. Once installation is over, immediately do Start -> Program Files -> MySQL -> MySQL Installer.
3. Choose "Add/Modify Products and Features".  Click Next twice to get to "Installation Progress" tab.
4. Connector/NET 6.3.7 is shown with status "Changes Pending".  Clicking "Update" reinstalls it.

I use MySQL Installer 5.5.20 on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.

Not sure this error was due to an incorrect manifest (which has been recently updated).

Unable to reproduce in the latest version of the MySQL Installer.
