Description:
In http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mrr-optimization.html, 
the explaination illustrates that mrr reduces random access of data rows, but the example below is about reducing index scan.

I agree, the only example of that page does NOT illustrate how MRR reduces random access.
