Personally I only wrote 'related'. Two 'incarnations' of too poor navigation options in those GUI panels.

What package and what exact Linux distribution are you using? What revision number does it say in the About window?

How did you install Workbench? Centos 5.5 is not really supported, so you probably had to install/change several system packages to get Workbench to work. Can you provide version of gtk and gtkmm installed?

Sorry for the confusion, the MySQL server resides on a Centos 5.5 box, I am accessing it on Workbench in Windows 7 64 bit.

So, Workbench runs on Windows. I do have vertical scroll bar in the list of server instances on Windows XP, and it is possible to navigate using scroll bar and mouse (arrow keys do not work, but this is a separate problem). Do you see anything else?
