Description:
Hello,

I would try Mysql Workbench but he does not start, logo appears as splash screen and disappear and after that nothing.

I've outputed the command mysql-workbench in a file.

I've tried to force with open-gl option but same result.

The mysql-administrator and query browsers are running well.

Thanks

Christophe Willemsen

How to repeat:
Launch mysql-workbench

Hi Christophe,
can you try to run some other program that uses opengl (like e.g. glxgears) to see if that crashes too? judging by the output you attached this looks like this a problem with your x-server/driver.
thanks in advance

Hi Johannes,

Thanks for the reply, Indeed it was my ati driver the problem. I removed catalyst and reinstall xorg and everything is running fine now.

Thanks again,

Christophe

This problem was not a result of any bug in MySQL Workbench.
