Description:
if i'm not mistaken that is hklm/software/microsoft/windows/current version/uninstall/{guid}/InstallLocation

besides installer does not show path where it is going to install driver(s) to.

How to repeat:
run msi installer, install driver, and examine that key in the registry. see that it is empty

Suggested fix:
fix it.

An entry has been added to the 5.1.8 changelog:

The MySQL Connector/ODBC MSI installer did not set the InstallLocation value in the Microsoft Windows registry.
