Description:
Just after opening WB I clicked on 'MySQL Doc Library' icon on top of 'Home' page and error box popped up with data and advising to 'report bug.'

error opening: 'WbDocLib.openDocLib' ... or similar (sorry, didn't get it all)

restarted WB and opened with no error

How to repeat:
Unsure - on home page click on 'MySQL Doc Library' icon.

BTW at this error my machine locked.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat on XP 32-bit and Vista 64-bit.

Sorry if I'm handling this incorrectly, but a couple of users have reported this bug within the last month or so. I cannot replicate but here are the forum posts:

Choosing the "Help Index" in Workbench reports the following error:

"Error during "Open Documentation Library" 
"error calling Python module function WbDocLib.openDocLib"

In any case, why would this be a documentation bug? Changing category because this is a code bug. -Stefan

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 5.2.45, and here's the changelog entry:

Attempting to open "MySQL Doc Library" while it was already opened would
generate an error.
