Description:
Opening SQL Editor.  Object browser and Overview panels not yet populated.  Problem doesn't recur if the error window and SQL Editr are closed and the SQL Editor reopened.

How to repeat:
Intermittent with unknown cause.  In this case I'd just double-clicked the connection in the Home page and continued working on an application on the other screen.

Have updated to version 5.2.26 CE (rev 6432).  No recurrence yet.
