Description:
Customer report:

I noticed this in the myodbc 5.1.6 noinstall packages and it's still not fixed in the 5.1.7 packages. A zero byte doc/myodbc3.hlp is packaged for both the win32 and win64 noinstall packages whereas the win32 .msi packages include myodbc.chm.

How to repeat:
See incorrect file.

Suggested fix:
Include .chm file. Also if fixed, the install.bat and uninstall.bat need to be updated since the extension is *.hlp instead of *.chm:

Install.bat:

copy doc\*.hlp %installdir%

Uninstall.bat:

del /Q /F %installdir%\myodbc3*.hlp

There is no "myodbc.chm" file any longer (see Bug#56238), and the "myodbc.hlp" references were removed.

A 'change' entry has been added to the 5.1.8 changelog:

Documentation in .CHM and .HLP format has been removed from the distribution.
