Description:
When resizing the scripting shell window, the window will only grow and not shrink.  Seems to retain size after closing.  

How to repeat:
Program->Scripting->Scripting Shell or Ctrl-F3.  Resize window bigger.  Try to resize smaller.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.28 changelog:

The Workbench Scripting Shell dialog could be increased in size, but could not subsequently be reduced in size.
