Description:
When not on the same box as the dashboard, the Windows agent shows increasing memory usage, constantly growing around ~1MB / hour.

How to repeat:
setup a Windows agent (and mysqld) on a different box as the Dashboard

A note has been added to the 2.1.2 changelog: 

        On Windows platforms, the &merlin_agent; could show increasing                                
        memory usage over time.
