Description:
Installing from the full package msi 
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mirror.php?id=389420

The installer has option to install documentation but does not install documentation nor creates a link for documentation in Windows program group

How to repeat:
Install 5.1.47 Community Server from the link given above
Check option in installer to install documentation 
No documentation is installed and no documentation link is created in MySQL 5.1 Windows program group

Suggested fix:
Remove Documentation installer option if documentation option is no longer applicable.

If documentation is now online only, create a link in MySQL 5.1 Windows program group whose target is the MySQL online documentation

This relates to EOL (no longer supported) versions of MySQL Server.
Furthermore, the old plain msi installers have been superseded by the MySQL
Installer for Windows, where documentation is available. Thus closing.
