Description:
Adding a couple of external URLs in the definition of the FLOSS is quite dangerous, they
are 
subject to changes and could invalidate the license.

I'm referring to the section:
"Due to the many variants of some of the above licenses, we require that any
version follow the 2003 version of the Free Software Foundation's Free
Software Definition (http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html)
or version 1.9 of the Open Source Definition by the Open Source Initiative
(http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.php)."

Hi Miguel,

Good work keeping on top of this, but we don't need to assign this right now. When we do
the 
next release of the exception, we will need to change things in the docs, in the source
and on the 
site - it is more than just a task for the web team.
