What MySQL server version, x.y.z, are you trying to work with, and on what OS? Do you use SSH access option for this instance?

The server is running MySql 5.0.89-community. It's a linux machine running 2.6.9-89.0.20.ELsmp. Apache Server 2.0.63. I don't see anything about SSH on my CPanel installation. It worked fine with the old MySQL admin program.

Hi, does this bug still occur in 5.2.17? If so, can you please attach the connections.xml file to this bug?
