Description:
5.2.15 seems to have introduced a regression of bug #44454 (which was previously fixed).

Now when opening a model from the home screen 'recently used models' and also when opening a model from the commandline, every ERR diagram in that is opened.

How to repeat:
* Open a model file, close every diagram in that model and save.

* Close Workbench

* Open Workbench and re-open that model file

* All of the diagrams appear along the tab bar at the top
