Description:
Same as Bug #49275, except that there is no functional ability (at the server level) to rename a database/schema.

Changing the name causes resulting DDL script to have CREATE IF NOT EXISTS newSchemaName.

How to repeat:
See above.

Suggested fix:
Database/schema name should be non-editable in ALTER SCHEMA wizard.
[6 Jan 2010 2:43] Alfredo Kojima
Disabled editing of schema name for live editors.
[13 Jan 2010 17:27] Johannes Taxacher
fix confirmed. will be included in 5.2.12

An entry has been added to the 5.2.12 changelog:

The Alter Schema dialog in the SQL Editor allowed the schema name to be changed via the Name textfield, even though doing this is not supported at the server level.
