Description:
For some reason the "Key buffer" option is located under "General" instead of "MyISAM Parameters". This is a MyISAM-only configuration option. 

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
Move the "Key buffer" option to "MyISAM Parameters".

An entry has been added to the 5.2.10 changelog:

On the Admin screen, the server configuration option Key buffer, was located under the General tab, rather than the MyISAM Parameters tab, even though it was a MyISAM-only option.
