An entry was added to the 5.2.9 changelog: The Workbench Preferences dialog contained a backtick character rather than a single apostrophe.

Hi, This bug report has nothing to do with "The Workbench Preferences dialog". There may be improper backticks there, too, but this bug report was about backticks used in description text in the Configuration editor interface.
