Description:
MEM currently allows configuration of a single SNMP host.  Certain environments require the ability to configure multiple SNMP hosts for HA monitoring, in the event that a given SNMP host is unavailable.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Add support for multiple SNMP servers.
