Description:
ResultSetMetaData returns 'long' (should be 'integer') for integer types, 'longlong' for
long types (should be 'long'), as it is using the 'protocol'-level type names (not
database type names). Also, the unsigned bit is not honored.

(this is all related to BUG#4138).

How to repeat:
Create a table with the 'integer' type in it and/or an 'unsigned integer', and use
RSMD.getColumnTypeName() and look for the correct type to be returned.
