Description:
Please implement check constraints. Currently, they only get by the parser because they are ignored.

We really need these basics before anything else. ENUM isn't a replacement for checks. Check constraints improve data quality when used correctly. Checks aren't just a fancy extension, they're vital.

Change category to general, version is any.

I'd say this is a duplicate of many reports, the oldest one being bug #3464.
