Description:
Some config variables (e.g. the plugin loading control variables like "innodb") are not
available in the commercial packages for licensing reasons. This should also be reflected
in the agent by not accepting a non-supported variable. 

How to repeat:
Set "skip-innodb" on a mysqld from a commercial package. Starting the cluster fails.
