Description:
This used to work before say, 10/1/2009 but since then, in overview_list.html for
example, the css name has been shortened to .css instead of basic.css  

Looks like a regression.

Cannot reproduce this problem in the current 5.2 code base. So it might have been fixed
already for some time.
