Description:
Enter some records containing Japanese characters in the Inserts tab. Save the file. Then when the schema is opened again, garbage value is displayed instead if Japanese characters. Even on exporting to SQL script, garbage value is exported in SQL file. However, I found that once the Japanese characters were displaying correctly.

How to repeat:
-> Enter Japanese characters in some records in Insert tab
-> Close the schema file.
-> Open the schema file again.
-> Japanese characters appear to be garbled.

Many thanks for writing a bug report.

Unfortunately, I am not able to speak japanese.

For analysing this bug here, I would need 5 Japanese signs that I can copy paste.

Would you please show me some signs which you used.
