Description:
The naming of the MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard is confusingly inconsistent.

We call it:

MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard

When it has been installed, but in the installer, when selecting the components to installer, it's called:

MySQL Instance Manager

How to repeat:
Open the 'Complete' MySQL installer MSI for Windows.

If you select 'Custom' and then view the list of installable components, you can select 'MySQL Instance Manager', but this isn't what the installed product is.

Suggested fix:
It may be we have limited space for the full in the dialog, in which case we should shorten to something that says 'Wizard' not 'Manager'

Thank you for the bug report.

For MySQL 5.5+, the old MySQL config wizard has been superseded by the Windows Installer. Thus, low priority change requests for the config wizard will not be prioritized.
