I've created tables from your dump in (empty) test database and then was able to reverse engineer it with WB 5.1.18 OSS on Windows XP. It took some time (many seconds), but otherwise I had not noted any problems. What I did wrong? Should I try to reverse engineer from script directly?

It took nearly 10 seconds to reverse-engineer directly from provided SQL dump script. The actual problem could be with optional placing objects on diagram as part of reverse-engineering process. Try to clear `Place imported objects on diagram` check box in `Select Objects` wizard page. You can place them on diagram later using menu item `Model->Create Diagram from Catalog Objects`.

Thanks, the reverse-engineer process works great. I can confirm that the problem is with the `Place imported objects on diagram` option in `Select Objects` wizard page. It seems that for some reason starts an infinite loop.

I do NOT see "a never ending process". I see a long process, with successful result. How much RAM do you have on that box?

I have 4GB of RAM, a Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz and I waited for more than 60 mins before stop the process. Tranks in advance.

I couldn't repeat this issue on Windows Vista Home Premium 4 GB RAM (see prior attached picture).
