Description:
I installed on Windows Home Premium Vista 64-bit the new release 5.2.3 upgrading the 5.2.2 version. The application crashes when started. See picture attached.

How to repeat:
Install 5.2.3 upgrading 5.2.2.

I also have installed 5.2.3 upgrading 5.2.2 (on Win7 RC 64 bit Ultimate).

It does not crash at startup for me, but 

1) doubleclicking the available model file raises an exception
2) how the hell do I connect? I can manage connections bu I do not see any connect option
3 links to http://wb.mysql.com/ seem broken.

... sigh ..

fix will be included in 5.2.5

missed the duplication in that case. because the other report about this issue is already closed i'll mark this one as a duplicate of Bug #47534
